Invariant 1's procfs-exemption paragraph keeps the rule, the protection-vs-visibility consequence, and the disclosure (--dry-run + test); the kernel mechanism (MNT_LOCKED specifics) and the test-internals are dropped because #29 and INDEX own them. The FIFO bullet drops 'written through, not interpreted', which restates the socket bullet three lines up. The GUI/D-Bus paragraph drops the tmpfs restatement 'never mounted' already carries. #292/#296 tracking compressed to a parenthetical.
