Adds the README note #472's analysis recommended: the Ridge 7e-5, Lasso 6.9% and OLS index-4 coefficient diagnostics are sklearn-side precision and early-stop artefacts, measured against f64 references from the committed fixtures. Links the full measurements on the issue.

Closes #472.
