Updates the SPDX copyright text from SAP SE or an SAP affiliate company and Gardener contributors to Contributors to the Gardener project across all files.

Note for reviewers: this PR also updates zz_generated files that carry the SPDX copyright header. These files are consistent with the updated boilerplate in hack/license_boilerplate*.txt — re-running make generate from this branch will produce the same output.
