…odule. If a lut is passed, it is never added to the labels field of the added volume, rather it is added to the volume via the colormap and lut flags for that volume. This was done to preserve the state of the volumes on disk if passed via a file path and prevent the unecessary loading/saving of the temp volume with embedded labels. This means the the volumes returned from fv.show() when return_edits=True will not contain the specified lut.
