- **Fact:** PR #175 checks on the feature branch were **SUCCESS** (Plugins/Includer/Depgen/Application). Post-merge `push` to `v2` run [29417713674](https://github.com/formatools/forma/actions/runs/29417713674) **failed** Application only: transient `java.net.SocketException: Connection reset` while downloading `gradle-8.4-bin.zip` — not a product build failure. Other jobs on that run succeeded.
- **Open PRs:** none (base v2 or master). `v2` is **33 commits ahead** of `master`.
- **Next:** user adds new F-xxx tickets or promotes backlog; optional re-run failed GHA workflow if a green tip signal is desired.
