NEAT Experiments

For each experiment we need to save the following things:

• Fitness used
• Vision size
• Configs used
  • NEAT parameters
  • spelunkbots.ini
  • Starter Genes
• Output files
• Execution time (in this case, we can grab the first and the last generation timestamps)
