Clarify Previewnet positioning and list it in EVM network information - #458

Previewnet's role: unlike Shadownet (which follows the Mainnet upgrade cycle), Previewnet may run the latest Tezos X features ahead of the other networks so builders can test them in advance. Reword the Previewnet and test-networks pages accordingly (upgrade 7 becomes an example rather than the definition) and add a Previewnet section to the EVM network information page, mirroring the Michelson one.
