This project analyzes how a help desk system behaves under real operational constraints, focusing on how permissions, SLA policies, and escalation workflows impact ticket resolution.
The objective was not to track a ticket, but to observe how system limitations affect what actions are possible at each stage.
A ticketing system does not operate in isolation. Its behavior is controlled by:
