This change adds the lab_mice DataJoint schema and wires it into the global configuration and schema loader. It also exposes the schema through the logger and includes the new mouse colony tables needed for animal identity, weights, transfers, surgery, and handling records. In addition, the startup UI now includes a dedicated weight entry screen for logging animal weights.
