refactor(remotion): extract demo background and footer

Summary

• Extract only the Remotion demo background layers and footer stats.
• Preserve exact styles, dimensions, pulse/sweep inputs, opacity, composition registration, and timings.
• Add SSR coverage for the rendered background/footer contract.

Verification

• Honest baseline RED against pre-slice commit, then GREEN 2/2
• Root suite: 353 passed
• Remotion typecheck and bundle
• Self-scan and diff check
• Scoped diff: 180 lines
