Add Confluence bridge workflow

Summary

• add Confluence Cloud bridge commands to pull wiki pages into spec context, publish spec summaries, and sync recorded pages
• document the Confluence workflow in README, integration docs, and a tutorial
• bump package metadata to v1.4.0 and add tests for CLI/docs/dry-run behavior
