Strips comments from the Gradle build files, gradle.properties files, CI workflows and scripts, test Java sources, .gitignore, and .gitattributes. Shebangs, the Stonecutter-managed /* [SC] DO NOT EDIT */ marker, and the third-party Gradle wrapper scripts are left untouched.
