- Removed tutotials tab from mssql, cockroach, mysql, singlestore - Moved turso tutorial to /sqlite/tutorials - Updated logic for per-dialect tutorials rendering - Added all missing "latest-releases" pay attention to: - Removed tutorial "drizzle with vercel" since it used "vercel-postgres" - Fable5 updated "pages/llms.txt.ts" and "pages/llms-full.txt.ts"

- removed full text search, vector, etc from cockroach - removed upsert from mssql (does not supported), also renamed limit offset to offset fetch - updates to mysql guides - updates to psql guides - added singlestore guides

What was changed:
Removed tutotials tab from mssql, cockroach, mysql, singlestore
Moved turso tutorial to /sqlite/tutorials
Updated logic for per-dialect tutorials rendering
Added all missing "latest-releases"
Moved guides to each dialect. PG retains all guides from the common folder except gel and d1 (gel was removed). Other dialects were updated based on their supported features (e.g., all dialects except PG lack the full-text search guide)
MSSQL limit offset page was renamed to offset fetch
