• Preserves continuation history and merges the PR1 mainline architecture at 34d44be504291482d973c65bd427ba964df5e0e9.
• Removes obsolete duplicate CLI paths while retaining the versioned structured run contract.
• Fixes GitHub checks/workflow-run IDs, strict Codex output, durable lifecycle/restart/decision state, evidence CAS publication, reviewer containment, semantic configuration, and WAL compaction ordering.
• Final source correction is 918da271aa9521d292bbda22a862591b770f9af6; final branch tip is 11a1bd188599c6fd3faa6fc9f124192974bf504d.
