Add wikidata.org, wikibooks.org, wiktionary.org, wikiquote.org, wikisource.org, wikiversity.org, wikivoyage.org, wikinews.org, wikispecies.org, wikifunctions.org, mediawiki.org and wikimediafoundation.org to Proxy rules, verified against the official Wikimedia project list and mainstream rule sets. Entries are kept in alphabetical order. Synced across Clash, Egern and Surge providers in their own formats.

Proxy 规则中 wiki 相关域名不完善（缺少 wikidata 等），本次对照 Wikimedia 官方姊妹项目列表、blackmatrix7 Wikipedia 规则 及 v2ray 域名库核实后补全。
新增 12 个域名：
wikidata.org、wikibooks.org、wiktionary.org、wikiquote.org、wikisource.org、wikiversity.org、wikivoyage.org、wikinews.org、wikispecies.org、wikifunctions.orgmediawiki.orgwikimediafoundation.org同步范围
Clash/Provider/Proxy.yaml（DOMAIN-SUFFIX 格式）Egern/Provider/Proxy.yaml（纯域名格式）Surge/Surge 3/Provider/Proxy.list（Surge 4 通过 URL 引用该文件，自动生效）条目按字母序排列，YAML 语法已校验通过。
