🎯 What: Removed unused pytest import in tests/test_auto_protect.py and defined missing _NAME_TUPLE, _TZ_TUPLE, and _PREF_TUPLE globally in json_memory/smart.py.
💡 Why: pytest was imported but not used, causing static analysis issues. The missing tuples in smart.py caused NameError during the test suite execution. By defining these tuples globally, we resolve the exception and adhere to performance optimization rules that prefer pre-allocated module-level constants to inline lists or generator expressions.
✅ Verification: Ran the test suite via PYTHONPATH=. python3 -m pytest tests/ which completed successfully, confirming the tuples are recognized and resolving the NameError.
✨ Result: Improved code cleanliness and stability by correctly defining needed constants and removing dead code.
