What changed

• resolve concrete MDBList static-list IDs without unified responses
• support both documented object metadata and the alternate metadata response shape
• report actual added, removed, existing, and not-found counts across batches
• distinguish dry-run plans from completed mutations
• bump Listarr to v0.1.1 and add a changelog

Why

Production API behavior exposed response-shape differences and showed that v0.1.0 reported planned additions instead of MDBList's accepted results.

Validation

• 24 pytest tests passed
• Python package and wheel built successfully
• live regression confirmed correct list resolution and result accounting without publishing private environment details
