Combines the two dependabot PRs (#2894, #2895) into one commit. @vitest/coverage-v8@5.0.0 declares an exact peer on vitest@5.0.0, so split across two PRs each side pairs a 5.0.0 package with a 4.x sibling and npm ci fails with ERESOLVE. They are one commit rather than two because any commit between them is uninstallable by the same rule. Also groups vitest and @vitest/* in dependabot.yml so future bumps arrive as a single PR, matching the existing codeql-action group under github-actions. Verified: 97 test files and 1062 tests pass, lint, ci-prettify and tsc clean.
