Summary

  • Move programming-mode Soft-AP from 192.168.0.0/24 to 192.168.4.0/24 (ESP-IDF default, aligned with WiFred).
  • Update DHCP pool, pairing URL, OLED QR code, and hardware/provisioning docs.

Breaking change

Requires a matching wireless-programmer release: dcc-bigfred/wireless-programmer#5. Older hubs still targeting 192.168.0.1 will not program this firmware.

Test plan

  • make test && make build VARIANT=markwtech
  • Manual: join longfred_prog_*, open http://192.168.4.1/, QR on 128×64 OLED
