Updates the browser-testing and CSS build tools: axe-core/Playwright 4.13.0, Playwright 1.62.1, and Tailwind PostCSS 4.3.3.
Keeps
@types/nodeon Node 24 to match the minimum supported runtime and CI. The original grouped Node 26 types upgrade was removed, and the lockfile regenerated. This avoids accepting APIs unavailable on Node 24.Validation: refreshed repository, Docker, and browser checks on the updated branch.
