docs/folder entirely (the mkdocs/Pages site was already removed; GitHub Pages is disabled). Remove the README "Docs" section and thedocs/link; fix two example docstrings that referenced deleted guides; drop the now-moot ruffextend-exclude = ["docs"].README (What's in the box, conventions, examples), CONTRIBUTING, and CHANGELOG remain. ruff, mypy, and 103 tests green.
