• adds typed centralized content, recursive graph navigation, responsive accessible list view, detail dialogs, reduced-motion support, metadata, sitemap and analytics preparation
• adds unit, integrity, Playwright and axe coverage
• adds automatic GitHub Pages deployment and quality workflows
• removes temporary publishing scripts and upload instructions from the deployed repository tree

Why

The repository currently serves an early static placeholder. This publishes the tested portfolio implementation while preserving the original commit history.
