Cannot find python despite being installed

I've stumbled on this issue too, I had Python 3.10, but it was not available in the CLI (due to not being in the PATHS env variable).

I opened up my 3.10 python installer and modified my installation to add to the PATHS env variable (Add Python to environment variables).

(I've also removed my previous installation, though I'm unsure if that was necessary).
