Ideally this list should exactly match (including ordering etc) the commensurate list in the rex task. That means it is easier to keep the 2 in sync.

Update and remove dependencies where not needed items were causing unit test set up to take too long, and updated test file to run on debian:trixie container for perl unit tests.
