Tracks #89 and is the first PR in the copick-utils Zarr v3 migration stack.

v2.0This establishes the pre-migration behavior baseline before changing the runtime:
s0OME fixtures; andTests are behavior-focused; there are no source/AST inventory or dependency-string tests.
Validation: 44 tests pass on the locked pre-migration Zarr 2.18.7 baseline, the workflow passes
action-validator, and all pinned pre-commit hooks pass.The next stack layer is
uermel/zarr-v3-u1-metadata-readers.
