Companion to confighubai/docs#161 (the undo page restructure): the demo's spoken lines for section_undo now follow the same do-then-explain order, so the page and the demo tell one story.

  • Opens with what the audience will see and the fact that the cluster is never touched (the GitOps tool pulls the release from ConfigHub as usual), instead of opening with the break-glass explainer.
  • Adds the "notice what that did not need: no branch, no PR, no pause of reconciliation, no kubectl" beat right after the change lands.
  • Moves the break-glass contrast to the close, ending on "the urgent path is the normal path: validated, recorded, and undone the way it was made."
  • Commands unchanged; bash -n clean and the dry-run plays through.

Same commands; the spoken beats now match confighubai/docs#161: open with
what the audience will see and that the cluster is never touched, note what
the change did not need after it lands, and save the break-glass contrast
for the close where it lands as contrast rather than setup.
