* fix(shadcn): create nested output directories in build Registry item names can contain path segments (e.g. "extension/foo"). Both build commands wrote <outputDir>/<name>.json without creating the implied nested directories, so builds failed with ENOENT on clean checkouts where the output directory does not already exist. Create the parent directory before writing each item.
