45 TLS fixture certs across cacheddownloader, auctioneer, fileserver, executor (initializer + uploader), diego-ssh, and cfdot were expiring ~57 days from now (Sep 12, 2026). Regenerated all using each component existing certstrap-based regenerate-certs.sh script. cfdot metron certs (commands + integration) had no dedicated script so were generated inline with the same certstrap commands used by sibling components. New expiry: Jan 17, 2028 (~2.5 years). Resolves: TNZ-121204 ai-assisted=yes
