How can I continue? After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews. How do review limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability. For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window. Suggestion: Cookies are keyed only by name, so rows for the host-only and domain cookies (or multiple cookies during rotation) overwrite one another. Because the SQL query has no ordering, the selected value is nondeterministic and may be the invalid or stale credential even when another valid cookie exists. Preserve the relevant cookie variants or choose the valid cookie deterministically before constructing the request. [logic error]
Severity Level: Major ⚠️
- ❌ OpenCode usage retrieval can select an invalid cookie.
- ⚠️ Users may see login failures despite valid browser sessions.Prompt for AI Agent 🤖

Suggestion: The rejection flag is updated only for /zen requests, while workspace /go requests can also return the newly classified errOpenCodeSessionRejected. If /zen succeeds but /go returns 401 or 403, this function returns a nil top-level error with an account-level usage error, so Fetch treats the cached session as successful and does not rescan browsers. Track session rejection during workspace requests and return errOpenCodeSessionInvalid when the cached login is rejected. [api mismatch]
Severity Level: Major ⚠️
- ❌ OpenCode usage displays unavailable account data.
- ⚠️ Rejected sessions remain cached instead of refreshing.
- ⚠️ Browser rescanning is skipped on subsequent usage commands.Prompt for AI Agent 🤖
