feat: view GitHub Support ticket conversations

• add a read-only support view command with table and JSON output
• parse open and closed ticket timelines into original body plus chronological comments
• document support view and the existing reply command in the bundled gh2 skill

Testing

• bun run typecheck
• bun test (124 tests)

• live read of Support ticket 4631059 (open, original body, four comments)
