What & why

Link CHNAI LAB's public workflow to the new product-neutral AI-native team
starter, and clarify that commit co-author credit is reserved for humans who
materially contributed and consented to the attribution.

Closes #3

How it was verified

  • python3 scripts/verify_profile.py
  • python3 -m py_compile scripts/verify_profile.py
  • git diff --check
  • Confirmed the linked starter is public and its CI is green

AI involvement

  • Agent/tool used: Codex
  • Human verification performed: repository policy check, rendered-copy review,
and link target validation remain required before merge
  • Sensitive context shared with tools: none
  • Org/repo guide files read by the agent: AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md,
    SECURITY.md, docs/AI_AGENT_WORKFLOW.md

Risk & rollback

Low-risk public documentation change. Revert the commit if the external starter
is retired or ownership changes.

Public/private boundary

  • No secrets, credentials, private user data, or private strategy exposed
  • No unsupported traction, revenue, safety, compliance, or certification claims
  • No staged co-author, review, or achievement activity

Superseded by #6, which includes this PR's human-only co-author policy, authentic-contribution guidance, reusable starter links, and verifier coverage as part of the complete organization operating system. Closing the duplicate keeps one canonical review path; no unique change is being discarded.
