Code Pre-requisites

First,

$ git clone https://github.com/amirhk/recourse.git
$ pip install virtualenv
$ cd recourse
$ virtualenv -p python3 _venv
$ source _venv/bin/activate
$ pip install -r pip_requirements.txt
