Fix rule number and add explanation of Cardinal Rules - #115

Conversation
The callout describes a schema-vs-value mismatch that survives static checks and crashes at render — the `DateField` vs `DateTimeField` rule, numbered 11. Rule 12 is the external-URL-in-`links.self` rule, which breaks indexing rather than render. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Two skills carry cardinal-rule lists with independent numbering: this one runs 1-10, and the `boxel` skill's table runs 1-14. The entry documents cite the latter without naming it, so numbers past 10 send a reader to this file looking for a rule it does not contain. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This is Claude‘s recommendation, as it was confused.
