For the pollution of numeric values I added a new ErrorType "NumericTypo".
The idea is similar to the Typo error typo, on which the ErrorType is based on.
It simulates that somebody who was measuring e.g. a length of 120 did a typo when using the numpad and entered, e.g., 1.0, 220, 121, .20, etc.
