Promote dev for stable 0.1.1 release

Summary

• promote the current verified dev branch to main
• include Codex 0.145.0 protocol alignment and duplicate terminal steer replay prevention
• set all release-bearing manifests to 0.1.1

Verification

• local yarn fmt, yarn lint, yarn typecheck, yarn test, and yarn build:desktop passed
• PR Release 0.1.1 #12 passed Linux, macOS, and Windows quality and packaging checks
• this PR must pass the same hosted matrix before merge

Release

After merge, tag the exact main commit as v0.1.1 to trigger the stable unsigned release workflow.
