Summary
Adds documentation for the workflow evidence lifecycle used by
codex-mesh.The document describes how work should move from a Beads-backed goal through bounded agent activity, evidence capture, review, and closeout. It is written as an architectural guide rather than a tutorial, and it keeps the project’s ownership model explicit: Beads owns durable work state, CUE owns contract semantics, and shell scripts remain transport adapters.
