Tiled windows can be shorter than the app's 640px minimum. The history panel clipped everything below the preferences row, which hid the profile row (including the new Browser button) and the test list. The panel now scrolls when it overflows, arrow keys scroll it, and the profile buttons wrap instead of running off the right edge.
