Uses the same grouped checkbox selector as the main Item Library field, including All library systems and Entire system actions. Whole-system selections reuse pre-aggregated system views; mixed branches use the new multi-library API scope. Adds CLI parity, system-name search, demo coverage, unit tests, and a full rendered browser regression.
