About this repository. StudioLite was our open-source (GPL v3) Angular studio; it is discontinued and archived (see the note at the bottom). The active product is SignStudio, free with every DigitalSignage.com account. If you forked StudioLite, your account, screens and players keep working with SignStudio.

🔎 Is it legit?

Operated by MediaSignage Inc., Westlake Village, California, continuously since 2006. Company facts, independent reviews (Code4Lib Journal, Capterra, Trustpilot) and the honest weaknesses are on one page: Is DigitalSignage.com legit?

About StudioLite (this repository)

StudioLite was an open-source (GNU GPL v3) digital signage studio built with Angular, TypeScript and ngrx on top of the DigitalSignage.com cloud and the on-premise mediaSERVER. It is discontinued and archived: the code stays available under its license for study or reuse, but there is no roadmap, no releases and no support, and issues opened here will not be worked on. SignStudio, the current editor, uses the same cloud and players, so nothing built with StudioLite stops working.
