About this PR
Added an MCP server implementation for CentCom. This exposes three different tools that LLMs can use: searching bans similar to the CentCom viewer, searching ban users like the CentCom viewer, and listing the ban sources.
Also swapped containers to use the alpine family as a base to reduce size.
