Summary

• expand discovery search aliases for issue examples like json prettify, base64 urlsafe, and curl generator
• add command-search ranking regression coverage so those task queries keep returning the intended tools
• rely on the existing All Tools, favorites/recent, related-workflow, and sensitive-storage guards for the rest of the [Audit 06/32][P2][Discovery] Add favorites, recent tools, aliases, and stronger search/discovery paths #243 discovery surface
