Summary

• add sensitive tool regression coverage for Log Scrubber, HAR Sanitizer, Certificate Decoder, CSP Parser, Security Header Analyzer, Env Parser, and Local Log Parser
• cover normal, malformed, empty, and large-input paths across component and utility tests
• extend sensitive storage audit coverage to the [Audit 12/32][P2][Sensitive Tools] Add full regression tests for Log Scrubber, HAR Sanitizer, Certificate Decoder, CSP Analyzer, and Security Header Analyzer #249 sensitive tools and add Security Header Analyzer fallback labels for missing dynamic copy keys
