This PR advances the project by applying the verified actions/checkout v7.0.1 patch release while preserving the existing full-SHA supply-chain pin. The diff is limited to .github/workflows/ci.yml and adds upstream checkout hardening without changing permissions, SDK behavior, dependencies, generated files, or licensing.

Security review: the pinned SHA matches the verified v7.0.1 tag; no secrets, tenant data, permission expansion, untrusted execution, or other security regression was found. The original PHP 8.2 failure was a GitHub-hosted runner communication loss during setup-php, not a PR defect; its rerun passed.

Verification: local PHP 8.2 php tests/lint.php and php tests/run.php passed. Composer and actionlint were not installed locally; GitHub Actions accepted and executed the workflow, and final CI passed Composer validation, lint, and tests on PHP 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, and 8.5. No PHPStan setup exists in the repository. No code changes or additional tests were needed for this workflow-only patch.

All merge gates pass; proceeding with squash merge.
