Missed twice, and for the same reason both times: release.yml was reverted during the CI standardization -- deliberately, to keep the generic "Test before packaging" change off this repo's dual-artifact release -- and that revert took the pins and the timeout with it. The pins came back in the last pull request; this is the timeout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
