fix(maps): inherit Strakewood map for Nawerhals

Closes #216

Summary

• remove Nawerhals’s local region-map root and background metadata
• preserve its parent relationship to strakewood_island, allowing the existing hierarchy to select the Strakewood Island map
• retain all Nawerhals map headers, region IDs, descriptions, and child membership

Verification

The final content@main worktree was collected into the isolated Classic profile issue-216-nawerhals; its server started ready and then shut down cleanly. The change is confined to the authored region hierarchy. Replacement integrated adapters are not available (boundaries #266, #269, and #270), so Classic is the applicable runtime target.
