I build AI-native Zendesk and CX systems — integrations, chatbot context layers, and Help Center engineering. At Upwork (2021–2024) I led the Zendesk, Help Center, and Support Chatbot engineering teams. The chatbot integration work I led there — 58% of chat interactions resolved through self-service — is featured in Zendesk's Upwork customer story.

Most of my last decade of work lives in private repos (Upwork and client engagements). Open-source work ships through made-on-weekends — start with zendesk-skills, a toolkit for building, validating, and deploying Zendesk Help Center themes with AI-agent-ready references.
