I recently completed my MScAC in Data Science for Biology at the University of Toronto. My work sits at the intersection of machine learning and single-cell biology, with recent projects on modelling perturbation effects in transcriptomic data.
Outside of AIxBio, I like building useful things around the problems I care about, especially when they make technical workflows easier to understand or automate.
