- Show localized message timestamps outside chat bubble surfaces - Add a centered floating date capsule during manual history scrolling - Track visible message IDs and scroll phase to control date indicator - Update chat visual and design specs to describe timestamp placement - Refresh changelog and TestFlight release notes for the chat UI update
