Hi there,
I needed runtime config support so the same Nuxt app can be used across different domain names.
I have therefore added the necessary runtime config handling to the module (this was also requested in #23 and #24 ).
This is my first time implementing runtime config in a Nuxt module, so I'd recommend reviewing/testing it carefully.
That said, the tests I ran locally all looked good. :-)
