Its 1.5.0 changelog is not incremental: it repeats changes already released in v1.0.0 through v1.4.0, including #75 and #79 that were included in #86. The only post-v1.4.0 change is the fix in #87, so this should resolve to an incremental patch release after the Release Please state/baseline is corrected.
